I have a daughter with special needs. She attended RSI pre-school
which was previously a Binghamton Sertoma sponsorship. Jennifer’s
needs made me more empathetic to individuals with physical, emotional
and mental challenges. Sertoma is a wonderful organization that allows
me to serve the community in a special way. I am proud to be a Sertoman!

Reasons for Participating: I originally joined the
Binghamton Sertoma Club while employed at a Sertoma Speech & Hearing
Clinic (RSI), a longstanding Sertoma affiliate. I quickly saw the
wonderful projects supported, the service provided to our local community
and the camaraderie shared. It was an easy decision to continue maintaining
club membership after changing employers.

as a Profession Musician and Arranger (sometimes Composer) for a number
of ensembles including my own ensembles. Owner and Operator of Music
Unlimited.

Reasons for Participating: I originally joined Sertoma
because I wanted to volunteer my extra time to a worthwhile cause.
Speech, and especially Hearing, Problems seemed like a good cause
for a musician to be involved in AND I was always interested in providing
young children with ethics and opportunities; what better place than
with Camp Sertoma, which is operated by the Binghamton Boys and Girls
Club?
